Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve business targets, leveraging various sales lead generation techniques, promotions, and other initiatives. • Establish sales targets for the web channel and develop SEO marketing plans aligned with company strategies. • Define and optimize the full sales workflow process and platform framework to enhance sales generation and improve performance, from initial contact through to after-sales processes and policies. • Review website security protocols, check-out page security, and payment procedures to ensure customer data protection. • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create E-commerce promotional calendars, brand marketing strategies, digital initiatives, and success metrics. • Lead and maintain SEO and re-targeting efforts, including ongoing optimization to maximize brand conversion and web link building. • Manage website usability and user experience to enhance site performance, merchandising, engagement, and sales conversion rates. • Work closely with the IT department and external agencies to ensure optimal platform performance and usability, focusing on both appearance and functionality. • Oversee all digital and social marketing activities, supervise web merchandising, and develop cross selling actions to promote the brand portfolio effectively. •Maintain e-commerce inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and timely updates based on promotions, price changes, or new product features. • Execute and evaluate website performance regarding online marketing campaigns and social media efforts, utilizing data analytics, insights, and KPI measures to track sales conversions effectively. • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and technology partners to support ecommerce operations and drive innovation.
• A bachelor’s degree in business management or international business with preferably IT background (E-Commerce / Computer Application Specializations). • 5 to 7 years’ experience working in e-commerce platforms & CRM management. Experience with e commerce partners like website developers & designers, site maintenance and online campaigns is a mandate. • Technical expertise on various software systems, ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento etc) and proficiency in data-, database-, financial analysis, Web designing, SEO optimization are preferable for this role.
