What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key international and local positions, including executive and high-volume roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, set hiring priorities, and execute recruitment strategies.
- Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative channels across multiple regions.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations to ensure skill and cultural fit.
- Provide timely updates and insights using recruitment data and reports.
- Mentor junior recruiters and drive process improvements within the team.
- Support employer branding campaigns on social media and job platforms.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or multicultural environment.
- Strong sourcing techniques and experience managing pipelines for various job functions.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
