Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of frontend applications using React, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
2. Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly UI components.
3. Work with backend teams to integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
4. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.
5. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and feedback.
6. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest React trends, best practices, and technologies.
Technical Skills:
1. React (minimum 5 years of experience)
2. JavaScript (ES6+)
3. HTML5
4. CSS3 (SASS/SCSS)
5. Redux or MobX
6. React Router
7. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
8. Experience with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel)
