We at Ghars Al Mazen specialize in the MEP scope of Swimming Pools, Water Features, Jacuzzis, and other water-related systems. We are urgently looking to hire an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and maintain coordinated 3D BIM models for MEP systems independently using Autodesk Revit.
Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
Ensure all BIM deliverables align with project requirements and client expectations.
Coordinate MEP services (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical) across disciplines using BIM tools.
Review consultant and subcontractor models to ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
Prepare accurate shop drawings and construction documents from coordinated models.
Maintain BIM logs, clash detection reports, and model reviews.
Support site and construction teams with BIM-related queries and updates.
Collaborate with the BIM Manager or work independently when required.
Skills
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8–10 years of hands-on experience in MEP coordination using BIM.
Expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and coordination processes.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
