We are a UAE based recruitment company and seeking a qualified and experienced QC Electrical Engineer with a strong technical background in building systems. The ideal candidate will have a full understanding of mechanical, electrical, and power systems essential to modern facilities and property infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:•Manage and oversee the electrical distribution systems of buildings, including incoming connections from SECO or transformers, main switchgear (ACBs), and distribution via MDBs, SMDBs, and FDBs•Ensure proper operation and maintenance of emergency power systems including generators, ATS units, and UPS systems•Supervise, troubleshoot, and support fire detection and alarm systems, ensuring full integration with Building Management Systems (BMS)•Monitor and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, air handling units (FAHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and associated ductwork systems•Manage and control equipment such as Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for efficient operation of ventilation and cooling systems
•Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field•Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP or facilities management•LV/MV experience is a must, additional HV experience would be an advantage•Strong knowledge of electrical distribution and emergency power systems•Experience with HVAC systems and building automation technologies•Familiarity with fire and life safety systems and BMS platforms•Fully computer literate (MS Office and mobile reporting software)Preferred:•Member of the Saudi council of engineers•Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, or FM-related credentials)•Experience working in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or real estate portfolios
