The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing immediate medical attention to patients in the emergency department, ensuring prompt and effective treatment for a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat patients in emergency situations promptly and efficiently.- Perform medical procedures such as resuscitation, intubation, and wound management.- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.- Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and trainees.- Stay updated with the latest medical practices and participate in continuous professional development.- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and prognosis.
- Medical degree with valid licensing to practice in Saudi Arabia.- Proven experience working as an ER Doctor or in a similar emergency medicine role.- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and adhering to ethical standards.- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
