Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a driven and experienced HR Manager who can independently manage a wide range of HR functions, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition. This is a regional role based in Dubai, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders across all locations. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building great teams while also contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
Role and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across SquareOne’s regional offices
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across all regional entities
- Build a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates using proactive sourcing methods, for both technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and deliver hiring strategies
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent across the GCC and India and position SquareOne Technologies as an employer of choice
- Optimize the recruitment process through data, tools, and best practices
- Own onboarding processes and ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee experience
Strategic HR Support
- Support and eventually lead key people initiatives such as employee engagement, onboarding, and L&D programs
- Participate in defining and implementing HR best practices that align with business goals
- Assist with workforce planning and leverage talent analytics for decision-making
- Foster a positive employee experience and drive a high-performance culture
HR Operations & Generalist Functions
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR policy guidance
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, exits, etc.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant
- Support HR reporting, data-driven insights, and audits
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities across all locations
- Partner with teams to drive initiatives that improve morale, retention, and collaboration
- Lead the implementation of employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads
- Support implementation of learning and upskilling programs
- Track participation and effectiveness of training initiatives
Regional Travel:
- Willingness to travel once a year to our regional offices across the GCC for team alignment and employee engagement initiatives (fully company-sponsored).
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience managing the HR function as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably within the IT or technology services industry
- Strong foundation in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines
- Proficiency in HR systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
