As their Riyadh team grows, they are seeking a Saudi National to take on a vital and varied support role—one that offers both structure and flexibility in a dynamic, high-performing environment.This is not a traditional administrative position. Instead, you’ll be the operational backbone of a small team, trusted with everything from coordinating government processes to managing office supplies and assisting with internal reporting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a mixed environment—equally comfortable supporting senior team members, running daily office tasks, and handling key external processes. No task is beneath you, and you're known for stepping in wherever needed.
Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation, managing internal expenses, and assisting with tenders, including bid submissions, translations, and physical deliveries when required. You’ll liaise regularly with government entities and must be confident using key Saudi platforms such as Qiwa, Etimad, MCI, ZATKA, Monsha’at, and the Saudi Business Center. A valid driving licence and willingness to visit local offices is essential, as is full-time presence in the Riyadh office.Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with a highly organised, detail-focused approach.
