Job Purpose:
To drive sales activities within the building materials sector, promote ceiling and fit-out solutions, manage client relationships, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience and the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and decision-makers in the construction field
- Promote the company’s ceiling and fit-out products to clients and partners
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Follow up on projects in various construction phases and ensure product specification
- Achieve sales targets and report on market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field
- 5 to 12 years of sales experience in the building materials industry
- Experience in fit-out/finishing works is preferred
- Based in Riyadh
- Valid and transferable Iqama
- Valid Saudi driving license
