We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented F&B Manager with proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in elite environments such as private schools, royal households, or high-end institutional settings. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards in food quality, nutrition, service, and hygiene while catering to both daily operations and special occasions.
•Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field•Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in F&B management, with at least 3 years in a school, private estate, royal palace, or luxury hotel setting•Strong background in nutrition, dietary planning, and menu customization•Proven ability to manage multicultural teams with discretion and professionalism•Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills•Fluent in English; Arabic or French is an advantage
