We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Costing and Estimation Engineer to join the Facilities Management team of our client in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.- Proven experience as a Costing or Estimation Engineer within the facilities management industry.- Strong knowledge of cost estimation methodologies, budgeting, and project management principles.- Proficiency in estimation and project management software tools.- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction codes and regulations is advantageous.- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
