Job Description: Sales Manager and Sales Executives – Aluminum Façade, uPVC Windows, and WPC Doors
Location: Dammam & Tabuk
Reports To: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Aluminum Façade, uPVC Windows, and WPC Doors.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Train and mentor sales team members (for Sales Manager role).

Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales of building materials, preferably Aluminum Façade, uPVC Windows, or WPC Doors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously (for Sales Manager).
- Knowledge of market trends, product specifications, and client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
