The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing project management frameworks, providing guidance to project teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Job Description:Develop and maintain a Project Development Manual with standardized procedures, governance models, policies, roles, and templates.Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and project management best practices.Implement project management methodologies and tools to improve planning, execution, and monitoring.Manage and mentor project management teams, providing guidance on planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Lead and support project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.Develop and deliver training programs on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Develop and monitor project plans, including scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, and risk management.Establish and track project performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.Conduct project reviews and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams, clients, partners, and regulators.Manage project communications, meetings, workshops, and presentations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes, adopting best practices and tools.Conduct project audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.20 years of professional experience, including 15 years in a similar industry with Middle East project exposure.Proven experience in project management and PMO functions, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficient in project management software and tools to effectively plan, monitor, and control projects.Additional Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.Experience in developing and implementing project management frameworks.Familiarity with risk management techniques and quality management systems.
