Job Summary:
The Office Manager/Receptionist is the face of the agency and the backbone of daily operations. You’ll ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming office environment while supporting internal teams with administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, manage calls, and handle front-desk duties.
• Coordinate meetings, bookings, and office schedules.
• Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
• Support HR with onboarding, documents, and internal events.
• Handle petty cash and expense reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Admin or relevant field.
• 2+ years in a similar admin or office management role.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Organized, professional, and good with people.
