This opportunity is with a leading international hospitality group.Key Responsibilities:-Support the full recruitment lifecycle in alignment with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization goals (Nitaqat program).-Maintain accurate and updated employee files in compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) requirements.-Assist in processing GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa-related tasks, including employee registrations, transfers, and contract documentation.-Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparation of job offers, contracts, and final settlements as per Saudi labor law.-Coordinate employee training programs, including mandatory government compliance trainings and internal development sessions.-Support in handling HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) documentation and employee eligibility verification.-Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with local labor law and internal policy.-Collaborate with PRO (Government Relations Officer) to ensure compliance with visa, Iqama, and employment documentation processes.-Assist with internal audits and labor inspections by preparing HR documentation as required.-Promote employee engagement initiatives in line with local culture and organizational values.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-3-4 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (preferably in hospitality or service-driven industries).-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.-Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).-High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.-Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).-Saudi nationality is required for this position.
