Job Description:
The key responsibilities for the Marketing Officer / Executive – Construction Industry role will include:
· Developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and plans
· Manage digital marketing channels. Includes social media, email marketing and content for websites.
· Leading, monitoring and guiding the marketing team.
· Collaborating with other departments to align company goals and strategies
· Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitors
· Managing and allocating market budget effectively
· Ensuring brand consistency across various marketing projects
· Driving lead generation efforts to support marketing activities
· Planning and overseeing the production of all promotional materials
Skills
Required Experience:
8 years of marketing experience in the construction industry
Required Education & Skills:
· A bachelor's degree in Marketing will be preferred
· Experience in the construction industry
· Proven leadership experience in a marketing role
· Excellent understanding of market research techniques and database
· Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Salary:
Up to 7K Saudi Riyal (Including All Allowances
