A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East.
Job Description
§ Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.)
§ Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc
§ Conduct quantity takes off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities
§ Supervise sites and make sure to comply with safety regulations
Skills
Qualifications
§ Open to Indian nationals, Male, 40 years old and below
§ Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a site supervisor; home country experience is acceptable
§ Willing to travel within region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.)
§ Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage
§ Preferably with driver’s license
