Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with strong knowledge in wood and commercial steel products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across designated regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of wood and commercial steel products and their applications.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share in the assigned region.
Execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.
Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales role, preferably within the building materials industry.
