During your tenure as an Associate/Experienced Associate (Talent Operations), you be assisting with all administration tasks related to HR Operational tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Liaising with Immigration/Government relations Team for collection of required documents, sharing of process flow as well as application on required Ministry systems or portals.
• Registration & Cancellation of Pension or Social Security for Employees during Onboarding or active employment.
• Medical & Life Insurance Management & query handling for employees as well as dependents. This also includes coordinating with Insurance vendors for required processes.
• Resolve employee service requests (e.g., Leave balance discrepancy, leave cancellation and amendment, payroll discrepancy, loan and advance payment requests, benefits & allowances requests, employee letter requests, etc.) raised through the ServiceNow platform.
• Explore any bottlenecks in resolving the service requests, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, or bring it to the management’s notice to ensure the requests are resolved within the defined Service Line Agreement.
• Managing the collection of visa related documents and sharing these with Immigration/Government relations Team or with attestation vendors.
• Liaising with Employees to guide them on Visa application, Work Permit Application, Permit or Visa Renewal as well as application of specific Visa types such as Golden Visa Process (UAE).
• Coordinating with Internal Team for Mobility & Transfer process.
• Creating & amending Employee profiles for all Employee Types along with updating of mandatory information i.e., salary, leave workflows, Start Date, Nationality, Job details etc. on HRIS.
• Maintaining soft copies of Joiners & Leavers Personal and Employment documents on Central Repository as well as Internal tools. Retain a physical copy of documents for filing as required by the Office location as per labour law.
• Initiating & completion of end-to-end Exit steps including HRIS profile deactivation, collection of Exit documents, ensuring IT assets are returned and login details changed in coordination with IT.
• Extraction and providing HRIS reports for Employees including Joiners and Leavers to internal stakeholders on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis based on requirement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant subjects.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Good level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferably fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• File management skills.
• Ability to exercise appropriate level of judgement.
• Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure with a flexible approach.
