Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Amman. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Personnel Management
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
