Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Amman.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also includes developing HR policies, managing payroll, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Skills in developing and implementing HR policies and compliance with labor laws
- Experience with payroll management and employee benefits administration
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Experience in the telecommunications or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
