We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee our residential and commercial properties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality living and working environments for our clients.Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of property management for assigned residential and commercial properties.- Ensure properties are well-maintained, including overseeing repairs, renovations, and tenant improvements.- Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability.- Handle tenant relations, including lease negotiations, tenant communications, and conflict resolution.- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in accordance with local laws.- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services and property improvements.- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants while maintaining high occupancy rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.- Proven experience in property management or real estate sales; at least 6 years preferred.- Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with tenants and vendors.- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, perform financial analysis, and optimize operational efficiency.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties simultaneously.- Familiarity with local rental laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
