•Monitor all the alarms and Escalation as per Criteria.•Troubleshoot the issue raised from customer.•Compiling the Daily Service Interruption report•Open, Handle & close trouble ticket.•Follow the issue up to Resolution.•Solving onsite technical issues remotely •MDT (maintenance down time) tasks•Work in all Shifts.•Dispatch and guide the Field Engineers for Fault rectifications•Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.•Support team leader to participate in all type of Reports.•Communication with Field Team for TS•Escalation to related TXM Teams•Troubleshoot the alarms on daily basis and escalation to BO (If required).•Opening tickets for all kind of alarms.
•Basic Knowledge of IP & MPLS and familiar with Alarms handling •Basic transmission knowledge, able to do level1 Transmission troubleshooting for IP/TDM transmission•Alarm Troubleshooting such as interference, link configurations, VLANs troubleshooting, etc•Hands on experience on Troubleshooting and Fault management on Down Circuit.•Hands on experience on various IP & MPLS links.•Expertise on IP & MPLS link •CCNA, CCNP•Experience and able to handle U2000 MNS•Basic knowledge of all Interfaces related to IP & MPLS•Basic knowledge of TXM Nodes.
