We're Hiring: Admin & HR Officer

Join our dynamic team and be the backbone of our operations! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & HR Officer who will also provide direct executive support to our General Manager. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & HR Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office management.
- Support recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR metrics as required.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Executive Support:
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the GM.
- Coordinate internal and external communications and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
- Support in organizing high-level meetings, events, and business agendas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
