This is an exciting opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success in one of the most vibrant retail environments in Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.- Monitor sales metrics and store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic action plans.- Ensure optimal product presentation and store visual standards are maintained.- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to promote product knowledge and effective selling techniques.- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address any issues or concerns.- Manage inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment efforts to ensure product availability.- Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.

- Proven experience in a retail sales role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team.- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred to connect with diverse customers.- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
