To identify, track, and maintain strategic project and customer information in the Saudi market, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in Oracle, and facilitating effective communication between the company’s business units. The role supports business development and sales efforts by researching new projects, identifying key stakeholders, verifying contact details, and providing actionable data to Sales, Parts, and Service teams, while ensuring follow-up and reporting processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Research new projects in Saudi Arabia and identify the main and subcontractors.
- Find responsible decision-makers in these companies and verify their contact details.
- Package and format all project and contact data into a user-friendly format.
- Create or update Oracle records with the latest project and contact information.
- Distribute and share the updated information with all relevant group companies and departments.
- Follow up and confirm that contacts/customers were reached and call reports filed.
Skills
- Good English Proficiency – Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare clear reports, emails, and presentations.
- Oracle CRM/ERP knowledge – Experience with Oracle or similar systems
- Reporting & Information Sharing – Capable of structuring data in a clear, user-friendly format using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.
- Stakeholder Identification & Networking – Ability to pinpoint decision-makers within organizations
