Kinetic is working with a leading chemical distributor company who are hiring a logistics & admin officer to be based in Riyadh.

Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Keep proper records of all transactions relating to the company's logistics operations.
- Build and develop good relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Resolve problems that are related to logistics-related issues.
- Act as the liaison with local authorities for regulatory matters.
- Handle company-related administrative tasks such as banking, visa processing, HR coordination, and PRO activities.
- Be responsible for office supplies, service providers, and general day-to-day operations.
- Support HR with onboarding processes and employee-related administration.
- Maintain updated records for contracts, licenses, and other official documents.
Requirements
- Due to Saudization, only Saudi nationals can be considered for this role.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in logistics and administration, preferably in an industrial or distribution setting.
- Strong knowledge of local supply chain practices and administrative procedures in KSA.
- Good understanding of governmental processes and local authorities' systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
