We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive business growth in a designated territory. This hybrid role combines your technical acumen with strategic business development, focusing on providing tailored engineering solutions to industrial clients across sectors such as fuel, gas, and automotive equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand sales activities within the assigned region, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Leverage your engineering background to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with industrial clients, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations, technical proposals, and contract negotiations.
Regularly report on sales forecasts, activity, and territory performance using CRM tools.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 6–8 years of proven experience in technical or industrial sales—preferably within the fuel, gas, or automotive equipment sectors.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and engineering concepts.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the designated area.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
