Responsible for managing properties under Asset Management/Advisory Agreements. The company is supporting the development of world-class tourism, real estate and infrastructure for an important historic site from inception to completion.Description* Manage the properties under the Asset Management/Asset Management Advisory Agreements (AMAs). * Report on the progress of pre-opening/opening activities of Assets under AMAs, including monthly performance indicators such as financial performance and other relevant metrics. * Assist with Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) discussions, negotiations, and formalization of agreements. Help identify potential brands and operators for unallocated sites. * Hold operating partners accountable to maintain high standards of service, quality, and profitability. * Foster strong relationships with partners for each Asset. * Implement best practices for property management to support the growth of asset value. * Monitor the financial performance of assigned Assets against the approved budget, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending corrective actions as necessary. * Ensure the implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to maintain operational excellence in line with regulatory requirements.Job OfferThis is an opportunity to advance within this market leader. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in Asset Management with a focus on hospitality projects.
