Our client, is a Saudi-based property management and development services provider. Their current portfolio includes compounds, apartments and commercial buildings.They currently have an exciting opportunity and are seeking a Head of Property Management to join their team in Riyadh. The role will oversee the daily operations across all residential compounds, apartments and commercial buildings, lead property and facility management activities, manage and monitor finances and lead marketing strategies to attract new residents, while maintaining satisfaction among existing clients. The role will report directly to the Group CEO and oversee all staff within the property management division.
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree• Proven track record in managing residential complexes IS A MUST• Financial and Commercial acumen• Can effectively and professionally communicate in the Arabic and English Language• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
