Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head / General Manager Location: [Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia] Industry: Construction Chemicals / Admixtures / Specialty Chemicals Job Summary:We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) products used in concrete admixtures and construction chemical formulations. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our Polycarboxylate Ether market share. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets in the assigned territory, and providing technical support related to PCE applications.Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Lead Generation: •Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for PCE products.•Identify new customers in the construction chemicals, concrete admixture, and ready-mix concrete (RMC) sectors.•Identify and research potential customers in the construction, precast, ready-mix concrete, and related industries.•Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities.•Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the concrete admixture industry.•Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in PCE.•Provide feedback on customer needs and industry developments.Sales & Business Development: •Proactively contact and visit prospective and existing clients to present PCE products and solutions.•Promote PCE-based superplasticizers and other construction chemical solutions.•Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.•Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company policies.•Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.•Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.•Close deals.Client Relationship Management: •Manage existing customer accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.•Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate PCE solutions.•Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.•Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.•Address customer queries regarding product applications, dosage, and benefits.Technical Support & Product Knowledge: •Develop a deep understanding of Polycarboxylate Ether properties, applications, and benefits.•Provide technical advice and support to clients on PCE usage, dosage, and compatibility with various concrete mixes.•Collaborate with the technical and R&D teams to provide customer-specific solutions.•Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions for clients.Reporting & Administration: •Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.•Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.•Prepare regular sales reports, market analyses, and competitor intelligence reports.•Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.•Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.Other Sales Activities: •Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand customer base.•Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any disputes in coordination with finance.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. A business degree with relevant experience will also be considered.•Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B chemical sales, preferably in construction chemicals, concrete admixtures, or related industrial sectors. 3+ years in sales of construction chemicals (PCE, concrete admixtures, or related products).•Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) chemistry, concrete technology, and its applications in concrete admixtures.•Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM tools/software and Microsoft Office Suite.•Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively/frequently within the region.•Language: Fluent in English and Arabic.
