Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Officer c u m Document Controller to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating with different teams, and handling document control processes related to staff and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and liaise with the Head Office for smooth operations
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and filing of documents related to staff and projects
- Manage both physical and digital filing systems for accuracy and easy retrieval
- Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Skills
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative and document control roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Male candidates only, as per the nature of the role
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
