•Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (e.g., Civil, Mechanical; preferred).•More than 15 years of experience in cost estimation within the KSA construction sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.•Proven experience in managing Long-Form, GSC, and EPC contracts. •Demonstrated expertise in prequalification processes.
