Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the bank with a positive and friendly attitude
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding bank services and products
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for various departments as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
