FabricAID is a social enterprise founded in 2017 working to build a socially and environmentally conscious value chain for the apparel industry by optimizing collection, sorting, and resale of second hand clothes through sustainable retail brands that offer dignified, affordable fashion to marginalized communities.
In addition to reuse, we operate a large, state-of-the-art tailoring factory that manufactures ultra-low-cost clothing and upcycled merchandise—including undergarments, basic apparel, uniforms, bags, and home and office essentials—addressing urgent needs while supporting local economic development through retail and wholesale partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize travel, accommodations, and bookings as needed.
- Draft, review, and respond to professional correspondence and emails.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure effective time and task management for the GM.
HR Operations & Support- Coordinate recruitment logistics including scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and filtering candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding documentation and orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records including contracts, attendance, leaves, salary revisions, and warnings.
- Monitor punctuality and enforce attendance/SOP compliance across departments.
- Support resolution of minor internal conflicts or employee grievances.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures.
What You'll Need as Qualifications and Requirements to Succeed:
- Academic B/G: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in similar role
- Languages: Arabic, English
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A creative approach to problem solving.
- Budget management experience.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is a strong plus.
