Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Hiring Plans: Partnering closely with business leaders, you will develop strategic hiring solutions that align with immediate and long-term workforce needs.
Innovative Talent Sourcing: Implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies, leveraging data analytics, social media, and recruitment technologies to engage the best talent.
Optimize Recruitment Processes: Provide insights and recommendations to refine and enhance our recruitment processes, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
Enhance Employer Brand: You’ll assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and external partnerships, to position our company as an employer of choice.
Deliver a Seamless Onboarding Experience: Facilitate new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the company culture, driving retention from day one.
Drive Results and KPIs: Focus on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience, ensuring that hiring goals are consistently met.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in in-house talent acquisition or a recruitment agency.
Proficient in English and Arabic.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
