This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Brand & Communication Specialist, located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Specialist will be responsible for:
- Ensuring brand consistency across all online and offline.
- Strengthening our reputation as a trusted dealer.
- Crafting compelling narratives that resonate with contractors.
- Play a key role in promoting our product, services, and presence at industry events and exhibitions and effectively collaborating with external agencies to amplify our reach and impact.
Performance Accountability:
- Brand Management & Strategy: Define and apply brand identity across teams and campaigns.
- Online Content Creation & Communication: Create and manage consistent digital content across all platforms.
- Public Relations & Event Communication Support: Support media outreach and coordinate event communications.
- Agency Collaboration & Management: Oversee agency work and ensure brand alignment.
- Digital Performance & Insights: Track digital KPIs and optimize strategy based on insights.
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Any
- 2-3 years B2B in brand communication, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within the B2B sector or for an equipment dealer.
- Languages: Very good in both Arabic & English
Functional Knowledge:
- Intermediate graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or basic Photoshop/Illustrator) for quick content creation/adaptation.
- Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in planning and initiatives.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
- Proficiency with web Content Management Systems.
