We are looking for a Training & Performance Manager with 10+ years of experience in performance management and training, or a similar HR field.
Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and training.
-Proven ability to develop and implement performance frameworks, including KPIs and OKRs.
-Strong experience in conducting performance reviews and facilitating employee development planning.
-Solid understanding of training needs analysis, program coordination, and evaluation methods.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
