About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract top talent across various functions and locations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent acquisition, Human resources or any related field.
- Proficiency in recruitment methodologies and tools, knowledge of recruitment processes and full cycle.
- High volume hiring experience is a plus, knowledge in building talent pools.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc..)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational and time management abilities, Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Having a car is a must.
- High mobility in transporting between Jordan governorates.
