Key Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles – from job briefing and sourcing through interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions aligned with our goals.
- Create compelling job postings and manage them across multiple channels and platforms to maximize talent reach.
- Source top candidates using innovative methods, including social media, networking, direct outreach, and talent communities.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for both technical and non-technical positions, always ensuring a fair and inclusive hiring process.
- Oversee interview scheduling, candidate communication, and interviewer training to deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Champion a positive candidate journey, from first touch to onboarding, ensuring all interactions reflect our culture and values.
- Support employer branding initiatives across online and offline channels to attract and engage high-potential talent.
- Collect and act on candidate feedback to continuously improve recruitment processes and experiences.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with local employment legislation and internal hiring policies at every step.
- Keep up to date on talent acquisition trends, sourcing tools, and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
- Maintain accurate records, interview notes, and recruiting metrics within our ATS and HRIS platforms.
Qualifications – What Makes a Strong Talent Acquisition Specialist?
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on talent acquisition, recruitment, or resourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and techniques.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate assessment abilities. Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with ATS platforms, Google Workspace, and online sourcing tools.
- Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Mindset: Collaborative, adaptable, proactive, and passionate about delivering a world-class hiring experience.
