The opportunity
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Your role at OpenSooq includes
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared with necessary materials.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
- Provide basic administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

We are looking for someone with
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Customer service–oriented attitude.
Working Hours
Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
