Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Amman, Jordan. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a talent pool, managing candidate databases, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic
