Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist who will be responsible for performing front-desk administrative tasks, welcoming guests, answering phone calls, providing basic and necessary information, and ensuring a positive first impression that reflects the company’s professional image. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive company guests and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department after notifying the concerned party of their arrival.
- Print letters and correspondence as assigned.
- Coordinate employee files in collaboration with the HR Officer.
- Photocopy documents, send faxes to relevant parties, and distribute mail, correspondence, and invoices to the concerned departments upon request.
- Record notes related to the HR Department in their absence and inform them accordingly.
- Receive and handle customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments (if applicable).
- Monitor incoming emails and respond accordingly.
- Provide job application forms to interested candidates and forward them to the HR Officer.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
