About the Role:
As an AI Platform Product Manager, you’ll be central in transforming customer needs into scalable features. You’ll focus on product research, planning, and operational execution while managing technically oriented tasks related to APIs, AI-powered workflows, and system integrations. You'll collaborate closely with the VP of Product to ensure smooth execution and delivery across web and mobile platforms with top-tier UX/UI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and prioritize feature requests from users, sales feedback, and industry insights.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking focused on API platforms, AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, RAG, vector search), and UX in trust-tech solutions.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for APIs (REST/GraphQL), webhooks, SDKs, and AI-driven features.
- Assist in prioritizing features with the VP of Product and engineering leads, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
- Manage roadmap planning, adjusting priorities based on market shifts and real-time feedback.
- Maintain a well-structured and prioritized product backlog.
- Oversee the release process of new features using CI/CD practices.
- Lead internal testing sessions to validate functionality, usability, and accessibility.
- Use analytics tools like Mixpanel to assess feature performance and guide improvements.
- Keep detailed product documentation up to date, including API references, wireframes, and release notes.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams for effective product rollouts and communication.
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering API-first or platform-based products, with the ability to understand OpenAPI/Swagger specs.
- Familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks) and experience productizing them.
- Strong UX/UI background, including skills in wireframing and prototyping with tools like Figma or Miro.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Capable of conducting competitive research and deriving actionable insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for working across teams and functions.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering high-value solutions.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Technical background is a plus, but the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers is essential.
