We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving HR initiatives, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams. With strong experience across employee relations, organizational development, payroll governance, and HR operations in both Jordan and Saudi Arabia, you will play a key role in enabling business growth through people.
This role requires a professional who can seamlessly balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations while fostering an engaging and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders across Jordan and Saudi Arabia to align HR strategies with organizational goals, supporting both short- and long-term objectives.
- Drive organizational effectiveness by advising leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Oversee and govern payroll processes for both countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and social security regulations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations in both Jordan and Saudi Arabia, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical standards.
- Champion the employee experience by leading onboarding, career development, training initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that reflect best practices and support business needs.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, turnover, and productivity.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, building trust and credibility while ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
- Support the CEO and senior leadership with strategic HR initiatives, while also managing sensitive and confidential employee information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Senior HR professional with regional exposure in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, social security systems, and regulatory compliance in both markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and strategic HR advisory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of balancing strategic priorities with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license.
