Building a sustainable tomorrowBAM FM are seeking professional, customer orientated Receptionist to provide a seamless and integrated service in an efficient and customer focused manner for our client business, based in Haymarket, Dublin 7.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with strong corporate skills and the ability to multi-task.
Experience working as a Corporate Receptionist or within a Customer Service role in a professional environment would be ideal.
Your mission
- Meet and greet in a friendly and polite manner all visitors to the facilities and ensure that their visit to the building is a pleasant experience, whilst complying with procedural and security requirements.
- Computer literate in standard business Microsoft Office software packages.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Manage the visitor management system.
- Manage the FM Helpdesk Support.
- Shall be trained in Health & Safety matters, and shall always have immediate access to, and full awareness of, emergency contacts and procedures.
- All reception staff shall be trained in appropriate emergency procedures, including but not limited to urgent evacuation of the building.
- Ensure adequate procedures are in place to assist with immediate response to general queries and the client business.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist/Administrator, Front Office Representative or similar role, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and presentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Customer service focused.
