Job Description Summary:We are seeking a Manager in Talent Operations to oversee systems enhancements, team members, and operational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, operational efficiency, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive process optimization and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Job Description:This role is essential for driving the business forward through full lifecycle recruitment and candidate pipeline management, ensuring a diverse and high-performing team.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. This role will support a global recruiting team and will require availability outside regular working hours.
You will take the lead on critical projects, as well as providing partnership and consultative support on change projects for or involving the Global Talent Acquisition group.
The work you deliver and guidance you provide will enable PayPal GTA to identify, engage with, and hire future colleagues, alongside identifying ways to improve efficiencies, accelerate hiring, increase diversity, and maintain an industry-leading and data-informed talent acquisition capability.
You may be tasked with managing enhancement queue, schedule and deliver training sessions, update support material, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and project reporting.

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Team Leadership:
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of talent acquisition professionals.
Recruiting Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
Strategic Development:
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies and operational programs.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence business leaders and internal partners.
Research Skills:
- Experience in conducting market research and analysis to inform recruiting strategies.
Project Management:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Problem-Solving:
