We are seeking a
detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to oversee core HR functions, streamline processes, ensure compliance, and enhance the employee experience. The role requires strong expertise in
HR operations, labor legislation, HRIS management, and a
proactive, problem-solving approach.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS management, compliance, and payroll coordination.
- Familiarity with HR metrics, dashboards, and data privacy practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
- Experience leading HR projects such as policy development and system implementations.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead HR operational improvements and resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HRIS, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Develop and track HR metrics and prepare actionable insights.
- Lead HR initiatives including policy updates, audits, and system and process improvements.
- Maintain confidential employee data and support HR team members.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance the employee lifecycle experience.
