Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records
- Generate and analyze attendance reports
- Support HR operations including onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee database
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Maintain and distribute the employee handbook
- Organize and support employee engagement activities and wellness programs
- Collect employee feedback and support initiatives to improve workplace culture
- Manage HR documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support to managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Good understanding of local labor laws and HR practices
- Strong communication and organizational skill
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written); Chinese language skills are a plus
