Job Summary
We are looking for Administration Assistant to handle daily office tasks, manage files, schedule meetings, and support team operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain filing systems and company records
- Prepare reports, memos, and documents as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
